This is the name visitors see under each of your messages in the chat. If it currently shows the company name or a website link, enter your real name here (e.g. "Irene" or "John").
Personal to you — shown as a small thumbnail next to your messages in the chat, so visitors can tell teammates apart. Only affects messages you send from now on; it's shown in the nav bar too.
Shown at the top of the chat widget, in the header — one shared photo for the whole account/team (e.g. a logo or team photo), regardless of which teammate is replying. Click it (or "Change photo") to upload a new one.
Update your own login password. You'll need to enter your current password to confirm — any other browser/device where you're currently logged in will be signed out once it's changed.
Add teammates to answer chats together. Each has their own login and password. A chat that an operator takes, or is first to reply to, gets assigned to them — switch between "My chats" and "All chats" in the list on the left.
Paste this code before the closing </body> tag on any site — the widget will start working right away.
Choose the widget's accent color. It applies everywhere it's installed, unless a specific site's
install code overrides it with its own data-color attribute.
Replaces the flat color on the round launcher button with a photo, logo, or animated GIF/WebP (animation is preserved, up to 3 MB). The color above still applies everywhere else in the widget, and once the visitor opens the chat the button always shows a plain color with the close icon.
If a visitor stays on the page without interacting with it, the widget opens on its own after the delay below and posts the greeting message — no click needed on their side.
By default the widget with your key can be installed on any site. To restrict it to your own domains only (protection against copying the install code onto someone else's site), add them here. Empty = allowed everywhere.
